Refund Policy

General Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or credits purchased through QuickLRC. All sales are considered final once a transaction is completed.
Exceptions
Refunds are only considered if there is a verified problem with our system that prevents your request from being completed. This includes cases where:
- A technical error on our end causes a transaction to fail but credits or subscription access are not granted
- Our service experiences an extended outage that prevents you from using features you paid for
- A billing error results in a duplicate charge
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please visit our Help page to get in touch with us. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your plan until then. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period after cancellation.
